You might recognize Pastor Derick as the voice of our Lead Pastor team. He's the one that is always talking. He and his wife Pam have been married since 2004.
After serving in NextGen ministry for 17 years, Derick moved to Morgan County in 2021 to take on the new adventure of running a church.
Not one to take things too seriously, this father of two loves creating, and long walks on the beach.

Pam Brown

Pastor Pam is the technical mind behind our Lead Pastor Team. She oversees many behind-the-scenes aspects of Life Fellowship, including finances, events, and grounds upkeep.
Believe it or not she is an extreme introvert, but watch out! When you get to know her she's been known to get a little crazy.

Hello, my name is Lindsey Anguiano and I am the Assistant Pastor at Life Fellowship. I have been in this position since 2019. I have been married to my husband since 2009, we have two kids, Benjamin and little Raelynn. I try my best to put God 1st and my family 2nd, then everything else comes after that, including ministry. I have endured tragedies, and have experienced so much loss, but I know that God is good through it all! My passion is to see people go deeper in their walk with Jesus and to see the Holy Spirit move in amazing ways!

Destiny has a heart for serving and meeting people. Her passion for children's ministry began at a young age, helping her parents who were children's pastors as well. Her passion for cultivating a love of Jesus in young people is clearly visible through her service as Children's Pastor, and through her other activities at Life Fellowship.

Finances
Dawn joined the team in July of 2016 as the Financial Officer after finding her first "home" in the Ft Morgan community at Life Fellowship. Since relocating to the Johnstown area in early 2023, Dawn still assists with keeping the church up to date with online giving, payroll reporting and taxes, as well as financial reporting to the Church Council and FourSquare. With almost 25 years of state program operations experience, she is well versed in budget and fiscal operations. She has two daughters, two bonus kids, and a boisterous grandson. Dawn enjoys weekend adventures with her husband Bill and their two chaotic dogs.
